Virtual Story wall

The Solnet Solutions team have developed an online virtual story wall. We call this online software application JAW (Just A Wall) and we have found it to be a great tool for helping distributed teams collaborate on Agile projects. We will be making this tool available free of charge to the Agile community.

Agile Activities & Artifacts

This picture is a great starting point for a discussion about the activities and artifacts that may be needed during the 'whole of life' of your Agile project.

While Iteration planning focusses attention on the next iteration, Release Planning brings a longer term view to the team. It gives the team a shared vision, and the output can be used to show stakeholders that the team has the work under control.

Iteration Cadence

Iterations or Sprints are sometimes referred to as a steady "heartbeat". Iteration ceremonies, such as standups and showcases, should occur at consistent times, and the iteration cadence should be visible on the team wall.
